Toronto born, Montréal based singer & songwriter Ellyn Woods blends moody folk & ambient electronic textures to create her hybrid sound.

Ellyn weaves deeply personal experiences into her music—her vulnerable material connecting with audiences and fellow artists alike. Her melancholic lyrics & soft guitar evoke feelings of nostalgia in her beautifully sad songs. Channeling aching emotions that seem to come into existence as she performs.

Ellyn collaborated with Sterling Grove; their efforts yielded the ‘Cabin Days’ EP, released in 2021. In addition to ‘Cabin Days’, Ellyn also released her debut solo album ‘All At Once’ that same year. ‘All At Once’ combined her ethereal vocals over sparkling electronic indie pop beats.

Her new single ‘Human’ however, sets a darker tone for her upcoming album—available now. Her forthcoming album ‘Before I wake’ will be released early 2024.
